“Working Hard Does Not Mean Working All the Time”

Weight-of-world-on-shoulder How many of you agree with this statement? Okay, now how many of you actually live by this statement? My guess is that while most people can see the sense in the statement above, far fewer actually live it. In today's "global economy", with presenteeism and job uncertainty there is a real pull towards being available all of the time – if not actually working all the time. What boundaries have you set? How well has that worked for you? What has been the impact with your colleagues, clients and family and friends?
